Visitor Center

The heart of the Park is the Visitor Center located on the south end, adjacent to the Fountain of Rings.

The Visitor Center is home to the commemorative brick locator kiosks and the Information Desk, staffed by friendly volunteers who are available to answer questions about the Park as well as the city of Atlanta. Don't forget to pick up a Park souvenir, for sale at the Information Desk.

Whether you purchased a commemorative brick during the construction of Centennial Olympic Park or you are just curious about the Park’s history, the brick locator kiosks are a great resource. Guests can get an overview of the role Centennial Olympic Park played in the 1996 Olympic Games, what the area was like before the Park was built and detailed information about the Park’s monuments and Olympic tributes. Volunteers are also available to assist in locating individual’s bricks within the Park’s 21 acres.

After you locate your brick, cool off with a scoop of ice cream or glass of lemonade in the summer, or warm up with a mug of cocoa or Starbucks coffee in the winter at the FountainSide Cafe located inside the Visitor Center. Visitors also can enjoy a snack while surfing the World Wide Web. Free wireless Internet access is available in and around the Visitor Center and FountainSide Cafe.

The Visitor Center and FountainSide Cafe are open daily; hours vary by season and on holidays.
